Progress is regularly reviewed, and the approach is adjusted as needed to ensure that you are supported effectively.

What is individual counselling?
Individual counselling is a personalised and confidential therapeutic service where clients work one-on-one with a counsellor to address a variety of personal issues and challenges. The primary goal of individual counselling is to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, resolve personal problems, and enhance their emotional well-being.
